Papidam is a lentil wafer, but as a product that is made in India we cannot account for the products that maybe used in the manufacturing process. It is cooked over our Tandoori oven which may cause cross contamination of wheat flour.
- Aloo Tikki and Pakora’s are made with chickpea flour, but are subject to cross contamination in the cooking process (cooked in the same oil as other items)
Entrees:
Any of our Tandoori items are subject to cross contamination, as they are cooked in the same oven as our Nan breads. Any tandoori meats (all white meat chicken) used in our dishes are subject to cross contamination.
-We DO NOT use flour as thickeners in sauces.
Breads: At this time all of our breads contain wheat.

- Indian food is comprised of many ingredients and complex recipes, we do not guarantee that any item is without cross contamination or that an allergy request can always be obliged. It is at the consumer’s discretion to heed the server’s advice regarding their allergy and what we can accommodate.
- Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Ginger and many spices are a part of all our cooking bases. All of our dishes contain them and cannot be removed.
- We use Soybean oil in all of our cooking, there are no available alternatives.
- All items come in to contact with nuts during the manufacturing process along with preparation. Some items contain nut purees or pieces of nuts. Items like Pashwary Nan, Korma, and Dessert items contain almonds, and cashews. Some dishes that contain nuts, pieces may be omitted upon request.
- We do not carry Halal meat.
